ACCESSIBILITY

The term Accessibility is used to declare that a product (website, mobile phone, electronic application) is designed and implemented so that it can be used by all people with or without disabilities.

In detail, a website is accessible when every person (aged, people with sight problems or hearing) can take advantage its functionality at its maximum level.

METKA, showing its social face, with this website offers every person equal opportunities certifying that no disability will prevent them using it.

When possible, METKA follows the rules that have been founded by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and especially the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).

METKA website offers the following access keys:

  • 1 - Home Page
  • 3 - Sitemap

Fonts

During the implementation we took in mind that non-serif font types are easier to read by more people. In addition there’s a big contrast ratio between the background and the font color, in order not to compromise any readability.
